How to report

To report a rule breaker you must take ample screen shots. These screen shots must show a full conversation log (maximise the chat pannel with F4) and must clearly show the rule breaker's character name. The chat pannel should also be appropriately transparent i.e. the writing must be clear and ledgible but not obscure any evidence of the rule being broken. A game resolution of 800x600 or higher is required.

Screen shots are automatically saved in your Forsaken Mu installation directory. Vista users will need write permissions to this directory in order to save screen shots but should have these permissions anyway to run the launcher. Once you have collected the screen shots, upload them to any image hosting service such as ImageShack, Photobucket or your own web hosting and send us a direct link by email, IRC, support ticket or forum thread.
