Refinery Tower

The Refinery Tower can be entered through the map KanturuRemain. To enter the tower, the Kanturu Event has to be completed first. Doing so will open the tower for 24 hours.
Inside the tower you will find an NPC called Elpis. Talking to Elpis will give you a couple of options, choose "Refine Gemstone".
In the window that is now opened, you are allowed to put your gemstone. Pressing OK will start the refining process. Please note that there is a 80% success rate, and a failure will result in the loss of your gemstone.
