Player versus player combat.

Can be performed by holding the control key and aiming on the desired player to attack.

However, if already Second Outlaw, it is automatic, and holding control is not required. There will be no consequence to your character if you kill a 1st Outlaw or 2nd Outlaw, but killing a Commoner will make make your 'orange' which signifies that one more kill and you will transform into 1st Outlaw.
